I have only been using Birch Hosting for a fairly short amount of time, and am fairly new to web hosting, but so far I have been pleased with the service and happy with my choice. The few technical queries I have had were all resolved quickly and helpfully by the support team, once even during Sunday night. I have not suffered any problems due to reliability of the service.

Should you be expecting great web hosting with very low price? You could with Birchhosting. I have just now set up my 3rd account with Birchhosting and the experience is great. I must say Birchhosting provides the best support I have ever met. I actually timed that on a Sunday night I had my enquiry email replied in less than 5 minutes! They are really there 24/7! I don’t think I would expect anything better.

Award-winning hosting? Absolutely! Recently I had a few intercontinental issues transferring a domain from the US to Birch Hosting. My fault entirely.
