We have had a lot of enquiries about the option to access your domain control panels via your own domain. Our developer plans have proven extremely popular, as always we listen to our customer needs and have made the following changes.
1. Everyone can now access their own hosting panel via cp.(yourdomain)

2. Everyone can access their domain control panel with domaincp.(yourdomain)
3. All reference to BirchHosting has been removed from all panels both domain and hosting for our resellers/developers.
4. When you logout you now exit to the login page not BirchHosting.
5. Help link added for the developers that need to give their customers access to the help database.

6. All reference to BirchHosting will be removed from the webmail and the exit on logout will be the log in screen. This can be accessed via webmail.(yourdomain)
However you can still log in with the single username and password via the customer centre if you prefer so you can access all these features without having to login to different control panels nothing changes here.
Please be aware the log in to these panels are not the same as your customer centre you use your domain name and the domain password which is available from your hosting panel.
