I have been pleased with the service and happy with my choice.

I have only been using Birch Hosting for a fairly short amount of time, and am fairly new to Web Hosting, but so far I have been pleased with the service and happy with my choice. The few technical queries I have had were all resolved quickly and helpfully by the support team, once even during Sunday night. I have not suffered any problems due to reliability of the service.

Should you be expecting great Web Hosting with very low price? You could with Birchhosting. I have just now set up my 3rd account with Birchhosting and the experience is great. I must say Birchhosting provides the best support I have ever met. I actually timed that on a Sunday night I had my enquiry email replied in less than 5 minutes! They are really there 24/7! I don’t think I would expect anything better.

Award-winning hosting? Absolutely!

Award-winning hosting? Absolutely! Recently I had a few intercontinental issues transferring a domain from the US to Birch Hosting. My fault entirely.I let Birch know about those issues and asked for a spot of advice. I got more than advice: there they were with me, every step of the way, far too late at night … and much too early the following mornings. With politeness, positivity and persistence they untangled the mess I’d made of things, and got everything up and running much faster than we all expected.

I totally recommend Birch Hosting - they’re hosting five other domains for me and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
